Our Programs
After School Martial Arts
Our After-School Martial Arts Program promotes physical development, stamina & coordination. It provides a Martial Arts education which stresses personal discipline, building self-esteem, taking responsibility and setting goals - skills that carry us through life.
In addition, they learn self-confidence & self-respect, which gives your child/ren the courage to say no in the face of peer pressure. We will work with your child/ren on strategies for safety, how to deal with bullies, self-defense and character development.
Summer Camp
Why let your child spend their summer cooped up in front of the TV, playing video games or on their electronic devices? Summer camp at Millennium offers a non-competitive, safe environment that fosters sportsmanship, self-confidence, skill building, and most of all, a lot of fun with friends! Our students will participate in many different activities promoting fitness, fun and healthy recreation and numerous activities to exercise growing minds and bodies.
From laser tag and arcades to skating, Children’s Museum, Farms, and Pump it Up, Millennium's Adventure Camp is the FUN your child’s been looking for this summer and the peace of mind you’ve been seeking.
Kids MMA
Our students have the opportunity to earn a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, however, the curriculum they are responsible to master is much broader. They will learn a combination of the most effective striking arts such as Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do.
They will also learn a mix of the basic grappling arts such as Judo, Wrestling and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We want to ensure that our students are well rounded and prepared for real world survival.
MMA Striking/Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness or as a contact sport.
